Tournament

i was just wondering about having a little tournament?? i hope some of us wants to manage that.. ill be happy to help, coz i never experienced this in br.. any suggestions, anyone??

Well, first of all we need to choose tourney's format. What would it be? A 1v1, 2v2, 3v3 or something else. I presume, it would be good idea to make scheme of the competition. Would it be all vs all or play-off event? Or maybe some kind of mixed format? I guess it depends on total amount of players. If we would have a lot of them, play-off system is hightly preferable. Of course, we need to open registration to allow players to sign into upcoming event. It would be better if time of a certain game is assigned by agreement between all participants of this game. And so on...

Its not easy, but we shall do it.

All proposals are welcome in this topic.

First, we need players in the forum, there is a back of members here, only 33.
Then, I think 1v1 is the best type of turnament, it's more easy to organize games when we need only 2 players intstead of 4 members.

ohh, yea..

We all know that there is not enough players for 3on3.. so i prefer 1on1, you got no one to blame on if you lose.. all strategies depends on you.. and you can show your true skills.. btw, players can improve by having a tourney.

it will be more fun, if it will be play-off system.

so where can these players register?

1. the time all over the world isnt equal, so few players will have to play at late night or early morning

2. just imagine 20 player want to play
and each 1-1 goes around 30min
so, the tournament will go many hours

yes its hard cuz of different time zone.. :S

oh do we play the tournament in only 1 day? or is there a schedule for this..

i think we can do it like, when both players are online.. no schedule needed. xD

I will join if Sora joins I'll let him kill all others, and I kill him last ;P hihihi JK... I even lose to a new player on 1v1 o.O I dont know why o.O

I always win when play long game. I lose a lot in RUSH game, if I am able to defend his rush, I know I will win

It's not that you can't win It's only that you don't want to win because you don't try since you are so scared of those good players Trust on yourself.

why all scared of sora?

is it because sora does not or never lets his enemy wins without a real fight?

Ben, you are agressive, you need to know your enemy more. Sora likes to have a decent defense in base, and then go attack. That is a good way to test his enemy skills because if he succeeds in attacking, he wins, if not, he would be more defensive.

no need to win all time, losing is more fun when you reach the level which you find no challenge in fighting. It is more fun to try new things.
