secrets in Battle Realms

post all the secrets u know in and about br

ill start:

smokes does magic damage, not blunt damage like the normal
could be a reason why smokes burn buildings(like dragonwarrior)

df does magic damage too
how to prove?
serp vs drag vs serp
drag do df on necro, look at hitpoints
heal necro, get again df, before use df another time on necro activate taros bg to make units weak against magic
voilá: necro lost more hp

tell me other secrets

i thinks smoke do a little fire damage - that let burning buildings

df do all damage, it's depend of level and upgrade of unit

use before taro or kabuki powder or serp tower and all units 1 and 2 levels will die
maybe all, i didnt checked

and Longtooth have normal magic attack
if use his bg he have cutting attack

WildEye have cutting attack

If u have more Yins/Yangs - then ur heroes do more damage

only ronin with his blade yin can kill werewolf (not heroes and not berserker with lecontropy)

U can put Ghaila on Rice so the rice Grows Faster

U can put Kabuki on Rice or near peasants to give them stamina

The Shale Lord gets stamina when he attacks

Nekromant kills Grayback

Kabukis Flash power makes enemy weaker so u can even kill army of canoneers with df

Spirit cant kill serp gaisha

Nekromant can die from zen punch

Peasant is the fastest unit in game, just use 2 or 3 times budo and speed with issyl and ull see how fast he is ^^

u can set brothers on tower, when us set rally point at tower

u can teleport lotus units from tower to tower, very useful for example if u have a tower in enemys base and one at yours so u can teleport uncleans very fast. U can teleport when u put him on tower and set rally point on the other tower where u want him to teleport then just get him down from tower.

longtooth bgs does piercing damage, not cutting, thats because his bg is very affective against utara

smoke realy does magic damage, i found it out at modding br:
i made a teppo who shoot with smokes and at all units which are weak against magic the cursor became golden
and it did more damage at magic weak ones than on others

other secrets:

while otomo is fighting nearby friendly units gain stamina

poison weapons do magic damage --> so bandits can kill all drag units 1-1

except soban every hero from lotus can kill necro

powder kegs threw salt, that increase armor one level for few sec

when archers have 100% stamina first shot do double damage

monks see invisible ninjas and attack them, when they come to close

so ok smoke is magic damage yes ?

then what the fuck smoke burning fucking buildings ?
can ask to me ?

and say who some here or units that have magic attack can burn building ???

kabuki ball can burn buildings but im not sure that it is magic attak^^

hmm me and nekro tested how kabukis are burning buildings.. actualy they dont

one of us was slowly building a tower while the other one shot the tower with kabuki, if it would burn, the epas would have run to water.

we used 4 kabukis

dragonwarriors missil attack do magic damage and 7-8 can burn buildings

if u dont believe i can upload a teppo-mod
so u can test it, u will see that at all magic weak units the cursor will be golden

and calm down ... atleast smokes do to less damage so that fact get a less importance

ok thats true , dragon warrios shot can burn buildings i did it today

i dont care what can do dragon warriors

smoke cant be magic
its SMOKE
first fire later smoke
smoke cant be without fire

so it's fire damage

smoke isnt even an attacking type, there are just cutting,piercing,blunt,magic,explosiv and fire

i just can agree a compromise, that the damage typ is magic/fire, but basicly magic

go make a masterwarlock and u will see that units like staff,spears,sledger,ronin,samu and heros like soban,longtooth,otomo,... are weak against smokes!

staff,spears,sledger,ronin,samu and heros like soban,longtooth,otomo

just i guess

staff, ronin, samurai, long and otomo too weak vs fire

spears, sledger, soban - maybe they take normal damage blunt

show me unit that have good armor vs fire and blunt and weakness vs magic
like Shale Lord
if he will take good damage from smoke, then i will agree

u list some units which are weak against fire, but their armor against magic is less than against fire, i.e. staff and spear

yin blades drain stamina

brothers attack drain stamina

warlocks melee attack drain stamina

when ronin dies he rams his blades into the ground, which slows enemies and increase friendly units damage

tao,teppo,issyl,warlock,crossbows and every wolf unit and hero got liferegeneration to 100%
are there any more?

wolf peasents are the strongest peas, one can kill an archer in melee

staff ?
he take almost too same damage as magic and as fire

If u find wolves with werewolves in forest for example, the wolves will come with your Werewolve

nekro is right, smoke has the smoke-effect and a litte fire damage. I ve never seen that magic damage can burn buildings...

hes right smoke does magic , and because of that magic its burining buildings like dragon warrior shot

Witch's melee and range atack does blast damage.

Riders have higher chance for being dismounted while fighting on slopes.

Boulder cant do damage to chi-shielded dragon warrior.

Zymeth's lightnings inflict splash damage.

Zymeth casts more lightnings for wider area then he is in tower.

There is a way to make your horses invisible.

Units do more damage if dragon warrior fights nearby .

Its possible to accumulate yin by beating own peasants with Budo.

Boulder is the rock. That means u cant kill dragon warrior with rock when hes using chi shield

lol there are only 2 units who can beat 2 druids, hurler with upgrade so they cant shot him and Koril
Spearman´s whirl does more damage if u have upgraded speamans power for 2 yang, i guess the same is for hurler´s king of mountain upgrade when they use lavarock.
Does the musk upgrade for more power also effect the sniper bg?

i think no.snipe is bolt damage and not the normal explosive.

I started this topic cuz I am pretty sure that there are hidden things in the game, which for most of the players are not hidden I post some of those happend to me....

Yellow circles flashing for a part of the second around an unit, weak on explossive struck by a musketeer (samurai balistamen deseased etc) ???? I posted this elswhere, but I put it here as well...

A little bit to that... is it normal for a samurai to loose about 25% of his hp on 1 shot by a musk despite his weakness, and dragon archer for instance who is NOT highly resistant to explossive to loose about 10% of his hp, assuming that samurai have about 200% more hp than archer ..... If those calculation are right, which may not be... It seems that musk do 5 times more damage to samurai rather than an archer. And even with Poor armor on something the max damage bonus was 75% right ? it is not like 500% ....... NO height advantage included

Onother one.... Can someone tell me what kind of damage do pitchslingers inflict ?
Some ppl say explossive... well I have never seen an unit to which pitch slinger have a RED arrow cursor and there are many units who are strong on EXP

Unlean's attack ??? What kind is it??? The BR table says magic.... well Why do they crush buildings like nothing ???? magic dmg doesn't pwn buildings... Ask the kabuki or deseased one lol

The serpent tower's BG dismounts nearby enemy horse units.... It is also unannounced.


Mounted ronin kills serpent peasent with 4 blows... it is true that mounted units recieve bonus damage, but for ronin it seems like more bonus dmg.

[Bigger bonus damage for ronin when he is mounted, or just compensating because he uses only one sword ?]
